Sustainability has been part of Bulk's vision since day one

It all started in 2006, with the issue of poor air quality due to heavy industrial traffic in Oslo city centre. Our first step was to help move industrial clusters outside the city center, by strategically placing warehouses, cross dock terminals and industrial buildings along the main transportation routes in and out of Oslo, like for example Berger, Gardermoen og Vestby.

And from there the journey continues ever on. We continually work on innovating our industrial real estate solutions to minimize our carbon footprint.

How can artificial intelligence contribute to a more effective production of solar energy?

2023 was the year people really became aware of generative AI, mostly through Chat-GPT and MidJourney. But it was also the year AI-ESKIL was born. Eskil is an AI model developed by our innovative partner and solar energy supplier Sunday Power.

On of the most important and effective methods for reducing our carbon footprint at Bulk Industrial Real Estate is through achieving on-site energy production and self-sufficiency through solar power. We offer installations of solar panels on the roof and fasades of our industrial buildings.
